Maidenhead and Windsor CLPs are working with Unison to campaign against the planned RBWM budget cuts
In October Theresa May told us that austerity was over. In November, Windsor & Maidenhead Borough Council announced they intended to find £6.8 million in "savings" over the next year.
Make no mistake; these "savings" are savage cuts, to be borne by children, people with disabilities, the elderly, and public sector workers.
They include:
Cuts to Children's Services
Cuts to care for the elderly and people with disabilities
Yet another real-terms pay cut for public sector workers in 2019/20
